Eat Well. Stay Slim.

You Are What You Eat

And the good (or not so good) foods you eat can be seen in the condition of your complexion!  That's something you can count on.

Stop.

Listening to the flood of advice out there that has no basis.  Mine does.  I have education.  Lots of experience.  Not just for myself but as mom to a 20something autistic son.  I've been using dietary intervention for him for more than 20 years.  I know from where I speak.  There are way too many others out there who jump on the band wagon and simply reinforce what is the popular way to eat.  That's not going to do anything but frustrate you in the end.

Start.

Going back to basics.  What's truly healthy for you?  Answer that question and you will solve many issues you may be having, including weight management, dull skin, dry hair, and more.
