My Birthday Boat Trip
It was one of those days that will live forever in my memory! Ridiculously perfect weather, my hub taking the day off (are you kidding??) and a boat trip that was more fun and beautiful than I could have ever hoped for.
The Indian River
One of the world's most gorgeous waterways, the Indian River in Florida is something I never take for granted. Located close to the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian River is salty, and so lots of aquatic life can be found there. Seeing manatees, dolphins, and many birds swooping down to grab a fish, is the norm.
Sand Bars
You'll find lots of places to anchor up and get off the boat. Sand bars are popular with boaters as a place to stop, eat, swim, snorkel, or just get off and walk over to a sand bar for fresh air and exercise.
An Amazing Birthday Trip
I am so grateful to be on this Earth for now 66 years! And I am also grateful for my terrific husband who gave me such a special day!
