Nancy's Fit Chat Is It Ok To Do Smaller Workouts Explained

Is It OK

Smaller workouts can reasonably fit into most anyone's schedule.  That's the plus side of them.  You are more likely to keep with your workout routine when it's not a major upset to your daily life.

Smaller Workouts The Negatives

Your body burns more fat the longer it is in engaged.  So, if you do your entire workout, say it's 30 minutes, at once then if you split it up into 3 10 minutes bursts.

The bottom line is that the MOST important thing about working out is that you stay with it forever.  Don't quit.  Keep it for a lifetime and don't wait for a doctor tell you that your life depends on it.

It's A Shame

That so many, many Americans do not put exercise into their schedules.  It's actually 75% at least that do not.  And the problem is that of the 25% or so that do, many of them are on again/off again.

So keeping a smaller workout in your schedule is far, far better than attempting to jam a big workout into your life and quitting a month later!
