This is talked about a lot but really, do any of us take it seriously?  Not many, I'm thinking.  And I'm like you are - stress can pile up on me like a ton of bricks and make me feel tired, irritable, and not show up with the enthusiasm I should have. Yipes!

Not so easy, but yes, it's doable.  My podcast gives you five tips to help you gain that elusive control of the stress in your life.  It's not "everything" and it's not "perfection".  But I never strive for that in anything.  Instead I am saying that you can get the best of the stress in  your life - before it gets the best of you!
